White Marriage

Artistic Director Sossi revisits his sparkling '70s mega-hit, a surreal, erotic coming-of-age fairytale set in Poland circa 1890 that follows a young girl's sweet, poignant emergence into womanhood and her frightened resistance to a pre-arranged marriage. Chekhov meets Fellini in an enchanting tragicomedy brimming with wit and charm and a large dose of the magical by one of Poland's most distinguished modern playwrights.
